Cheol Je Cho received his BA degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva and an MA diploma in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. With a special interest in the European Union, the most successful case of regional economic integration of our time, he went to study at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, where he received an MA degree in International Relations and a Ph.D. in Political Science. While juggling his professorial career and entrepreneurial activities, he has been serving since 2012 as the Secretary-General of GCS International, an internationally recognized NGO with special consultative status at the UN ECOSOC.
